FAQ

Do you work with designers?

Absolutely, we love designers! If you have a project that needs artwork for its permanent collection, please get in touch for a consultation and quote.

Can I rent artwork?

Yes! Currently there is no self-service option to rent artwork through this website, but those options will be coming soon. If you would like to rent art for a project, please get in touch and specify your project dates, location, and design needs.

How do you determine price?

The price of a piece depends on its size, uniqueness, and complexity. Also factored in are the years of experience the artist brings to the canvas with each brush stroke. All pieces are original which ensures you are getting a work of art that no one else has. For this reason, standard pricing by size is going away. All pieces will be listed for sale consistent with its value.

If working through an art consultant or gallery, or if you represent an art consultant or gallery, please contact us to get a quote as commission rates vary from agent to agent.

Do you accept requests for custom/commission work?

Yes, up to 3 commissions per month are accepted and follow a premium rate model with a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quoted final price to be paid up front. This is to account for time and materials spent in consultation and production. A consultation with the client needs to first be booked to discuss style preferences, color theme, and whether or not the work being requested fits the artist’s brand. If accepted, the piece will be created according to loose direction but please do expect artistic liberties to be taken. You are hiring the artist for her experience, previous works, and interpretation of a vision.

Terms: A limited number of commissions are accepted each month.

There is a minimum investment of $1,200.00 for commission projects. We specialize in large format works so most project requests will fit this criteria.

While there is a non-refundable deposit up front for time spent, the buyer has the right to approve or deny final purchase of the finished product(s). If buyer denies, then the buyer forfeits any rights to the product(s) and agrees to allow Palette Champagne to list that art for sale to other interested buyers.

Does your shipping policy include shipping outside of the U.S.?

No, unfortunately at this time, shipping to locations outside of the U.S. is not offered because Palette Champagne has not found a cost effective way of doing this. However, if you are interested in a piece and are willing to pay the cost of shipping and tariff taxes to another country, contact us for a quote.

How do you ship large artwork?

All works are now shipped rolled in a tube. This means that you will receive a canvas that needs to be stretched onto stretcher bars in order to hang and/or frame. Any local frame shop should be able to do this for you. And if you want to DIY it, check out this how-to video.

If, however, you need your artwork to be shipped flat and ready to hang, we are happy to find the best available quote for freight services that will be added to your purchase cost. To request a quote, contact us.
